ANKOR 1127

ANKOR 1127 is a patented high cathode efficiency process. It deposits a pure chrome coating, resistant to hostile wear conditions, with a minimum hardness of 1000 HV 0.1. The deposit is micro-cracked and offers excellent corrosion resistance.

Operational advantage

Having a maximum operating temperature of 60°C, ANKOR 1127 is highly tolerant to increased current densities and provides extended productivity, as well as uniform metal distribution with excellent coverage due to its relatively low sulfate concentration.

Applications

ANKOR 1127 is suitable for a wide range of metal substrates and is particularly recommended for aluminum and copper applications.

Versatility

The ANKOR 1127 process is suitable for use with either lead alloy or platinum-plated titanium anodes.
