ZINCROLYTE™ Ni V

ZINCROLYTE™ Ni V is the latest development in acid zinc-nickel plating technology. The process features an improved thickness distribution reducing overplate in high current density areas, while maintaining a ground-breaking narrow alloy nickel incorporation within 12 – 15%. 

Reliability

ZINCROLYTE Ni V excels at treating the most difficult substrate materials, such as high carbon cast iron components. It is well suited for cast-iron brake component finishing and is approved and used by major tier 1s for this application. 

 

Cost effectiveness

In combination with the ZINCROLYTE APS membrane anode system, material savings and waste reduction are achieved, delivering cost savings and unmatched consistency.
