Low Phosphorus Electroless Nickel

ENOVA EF 243

ENOVA EF 243

ENOVA EF 243 is a heavy-metal-free high performance low phosphorus electroless nickel process that produces a consistent, high purity alloy deposit designed for use in specialized wear or electronic applications.

Operational advantage

The ease of use and high deposition rates delivered are ideal for job shop and production applications where a durable, wear-resistant coating performance and semi-bright deposit is required.

Deposit properties

Deposits obtained with NIKLAD ELV 824 are compressively stressed, have good ductility, and provide excellent hardness and wear resistance, as plated or if required, with heat treatment to further enhance the deposit hardness and wear properties. In alkaline corrosive environments, these deposits out-perform high phosphorous deposits.
