Low Phosphorus Electroless Nickel

NiKlad ELV 824

NIKLAD ELV 824

NiKlad ELV 824 is a heavy metal-free, organically stabilized high-performance low phosphorous electroless nickel process. It produces a consistent, high purity, lead-free, low phosphorous alloy deposit, designed for use in specialized wear or electronic applications.

Operational advantage

The ease of use and high deposition rates delivered are ideal for job shop and production applications where a durable, wear-resistant coating performance and semi-bright deposit are required.

Deposit properties

Deposits obtained with NiKlad ELV 824 are compressively stressed, have good ductility, and provide excellent hardness and wear resistance, as plated or, if required, with heat treatment to further enhance the deposit hardness and wear properties. In alkaline corrosive environments, these deposits outperform high phosphorous deposits.
