Medium Phosphorus Electroless Nickel

ENOVA EF 509

ENOVA EF 509

ENOVA EF 509 is a lead- and cadmium-free system specially formulated to produce a low-stress, semi-bright, mid-phosphorous deposit for applications requiring superior corrosion resistance at a high rate of deposition. The deposit is more ductile and lower stressed further enhancing the corrosion performance.

Corrosion resistance

The low porosity and a higher-than-average concentration for conventional medium phosphorous systems ensures higher corrosion resistance, especially in the case of neutral salt spray testing.

Versatility

The ENOVA EF 509 process is very robust and can be operated at either very high or very low solution loading without significant modification to bath operating parameters. It is designed for facilities that require consistent operation with less-than-ideal equipment and/or operating conditions.
