Medium Phosphorus Electroless Nickel

NiKlad 767

NiKlad 767

NiKlad 767 is an electroless nickel process that yields an ultra-bright phosphorous nickel alloy at a consistently high rate of deposition while maintaining unsurpassed solution stability. It is recommended for applications requiring a highly decorative finish and moderate corrosion protection.

Deposit properties

NiKlad 767 is an ideal system for high production facilities that require high deposition rates under less than ideal operating and/or equipment conditions. It is highly tolerant to contamination and has a long operating life.

Operational advantage

The process is very robust and can be operated at either very high or very low solution loading without significant modification to bath operating parameters.
