Vand-Aloy 5000

Vand-Aloy 5000 is an electroless nickel process that yields a smooth and semi-bright deposit at a consistently high rate of deposition while maintaining excellent solution stability. It combines relatively high deposit hardness and wear resistance with good corrosion resistance.

Operational advantage

The high concentration of the replenishment allows for heavy production without the need for solution adjustment, improving productivity and decreasing downtime.

Versatility

Vand-Aloy 5000 is recommended for applications requiring a decorative finish and moderate corrosion protection. It’s a perfect solution for facilities that require high plating speeds under less-than-ideal operating conditions.
