KeyKote 400

KeyKote 400 is a liquid cleaning booster designed to remove crystalline zinc- and zinc-calcium-phosphate layers from cold-formed parts that require good surface preparation prior to heat treatment. It can also be used to remove oil, grease, and solid lubricants from various steel substrates.

Versatility

As a low-foaming cleaner, KeyKote 400 is compatible with spray, dip-spin, and other high agitation systems. It can be used in immersion, dunk, spray, flood, and screw conveyor washing machines.

Operational efficiency

KeyKote 400 delivers a liquid make-up and replenishment system, eliminating dust formation for ease of maintenance and improved worker safety. 

Cost effectiveness

The KeyKote 400 process can reduce costs by up to 25% through lower reject rates, extended bath life with minimal maintenance, low application temperature, and reduced chemical concentration and waste.
